<p>The Vols qualified 15, while the Lady Vols will send 10 athletes to compete at Irwin Belk Track inside Aggie Stadium at North Carolina AT for the three-day event starting Thursday.</p>
<p>The top 12 finishers in individual events and relays advance to the NCAA championships.</p>

<p>The Beech Buccaneers are about to become the third most popular <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://murfreesboronewspress.com/goto/http://www.knoxnews.com/news/topic/football/"  class="inline_topic">football</a> team in <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://tennesseenewspress.com" title="Tennessee">Tennessee</a></span>. And that has nothing to do with the program’s 2012 state championship. </p>

<p>Five men in their twenties who were in <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://murfreesboronewspress.com" title="Murfreesboro">Murfreesboro</a></span> are facing a serious list of charges for illegal drug sales. Devin Antonio Wakefield of University Ridge Apartments was taken into custody after police received a tip about marijuana sales being conducted from his unit. The arrest took place after one of several officers went to the apartment in question, knocked on the door and were invited inside by a subject named Keagan Scribner, according to an arrest report. (AP) — <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://tennesseenewspress.com" title="Tennessee">Tennessee</a></span> coach Butch Jones faces a delicate balancing act this month as he talks to fans and alumni during the Volunteers&#8217; caravan.</p>
<p>Jones is vowing to make <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://tennesseenewspress.com" title="Tennessee">Tennessee</a></span> a championship-caliber program again while also having to remind people that it could be a gradual process.</p>

<p>Those receiving the grants include: Outlaw Field in <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://tennesseenewspress.com/category/tennessee-newspapers/tennessee-cities/clarksville-news" title="Clarksville">Clarksville</a></span>, McGhee Tyson Airport in <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://knoxvillenewspress.com" title="Knoxville">Knoxville</a></span>, Lafayette Municipal Airport, Humphreys County Airport, Lebanon Municipal Airport, Smyrna Airport and Tullahoma Regional Airport.</p>
<p>The grants are made available through the <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://tennesseenewspress.com" title="Tennessee">Tennessee</a></span> Department of Transportation&#8217;s Aeronautics Division.</p>
<p>They will be used for infrastructure and other improvements.</p>
