SEVIERVILLE, TN (KTHV) – Garland County Sheriff’s deputies say kidnapping suspect Jason Ripley was arrested around 3:25 a.m. Wednesday morning on kidnapping and battery charges in Tennessee.

Ripley is accused of kidnapping a woman then torturing and abusing her.

Deputies say the victim told them Ripley covered her face with a shirt and drove her to a camper. The
