Holton charged May, 23, and Raynor, 37, both of Bradyville Pike, with felony conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution.
SEB Capt. Jason Mathis said narcotics detectives worked with general investigators and the detention staff on this case and a second case with suspects trying to bring drugs to the jail.
Detective Lt. Egon Grissom said narcotics detectives constantly investigate illegal drug cases.
