MTSU Baseball 2012 Groundhog Day Luncheon
The 39th annual Groundhog Day Luncheon to benefit Blue Raider baseball was held Feb. 2, 2012, in Hale Arena inside MTSU’s Murphy Center. The event, which began in 1975 as a unique way to kick off baseball season at the University, served up the traditional menu of ham hocks, white beans, tomato salad, green onions, corn bread, chocolate cake and ice cream.
