Every year, The Ruthies Awards hold county wide elections for the community’s “Favorite” companies and professionals, from all around Middle Tennessee. However, for a few coveted award categories, The 2010 Ruthies have designated the definitive prefix of “Best”, rather than the usual notion of “Favorite”. These featured “Best of” categories are the key areas of commerce to vote for and watch, as they will likely affect the winner’s future the most.
