Flood Victims Get Break in Murfreesboro

Since the floods of two weekends ago, life in most of Murfreesboro has gotten back to normal.  This is not the case, however, for a few Murfreesboro and other area residents where the waters have yet to recede.  The flooding, which destroyed houses, real estate and personal property, and even roads and parking lots, has sparked a huge wave of responses, and one Murfreesboro area chain is stepping up to help victims.

A+ Storage, which has a location in Murfreesboro, is asking on its website for donations to help flood victims.  Those wishing to donate can drop by their Nashville location at 911 Division Street (yes, that’s their real address).  Murfreesboro area victims of the flooding, however, should know that A+ Storage is helping them out personally, as well, by offering a discount on storage rates for flood victims.

Whether bedding, automobiles, or kitchen utensils, those needing to store their stuff while recovering from the flood should call A+ Storage at (615) 770-7000 or by visiting them at 4205 Shelbyville Hwy., in Murfreesboro.
