Digital Planet: 2 Stores, 16 years of Entertainment
For sixteen years, Michael Morrison’s Digital Planet has been making life more entertaining in Murfreesboro. Now with two locations, one on West College Street and the other on Robert Rose Boulevard, Digital Planet offers 4200 sq. ft. of music, movies, games, and posters to those willing to shell out a few bucks.
Savvy shoppers, by the way, know of the 10% coupon that Digital Planet has posted on its website, DigitalPlanetMusic.com .
The company’s website boasts for sale musical artists such as Marvin Gaye, Nat King Cole, the Raconteurs, Queen, and Johnny Cash. Movies such as The Twilight Zone series on DVD, “Donnie Darko,” “Cars,” and “The Devil Wears Prada” also are available.
For those interested in vintage merchandise, Murfreesboro’s Digital Planet offers a “full array” of PS1, Xbox, and all other sorts of video games from back in the day, and those looking for a little wall art will find it in Digital Planet’s poster collection.
The original Digital Planet location can be found at 111 1/2 West Lytle Street, and the newer, larger location is at 215 Robert Rose Drive, behind The Home Depot.
