The Real Culprit: Health Care vs. the Banking System

The Health Care controversy raging in Washington has all the attributes of a two-ring circus. Both sides are very passionate as to the solution to the problems. Both sides blame much of our problems on rising prices, which increases the cost of health care and insurance coverage.

Unfortunately, most people and politicians do not understand that the cost of health care and insurance are not rising but that the value of the printing press generated Federal Reserve dollar is decreasing in value and thus it takes more and more Federal Reserve dollars to purchase these services.

For example in 1955 one silver US dollar was worth one Federal Reserve dollar and I could purchase 4 gallons of gas at twenty-five cents a gallon. Today one silver US dollar is worth twenty Federal Reserve dollars and I can purchase eight gallons of gas at two dollars and fifty cents. That is twice as much gas as in 1955.

So you see, as the privately controlled Federal Reserve Bank, creates more and more Federal Reserve dollars out of thin air and puts them into circulation they will continue to lose value and it will continually take more and more of these printing press dollars to purchase the same amount of goods and services.

We could solve ninety nine percent of our problems today if we would abolish the Federal Reserve Banking system with its printing press money and restore our Constitutional value backed monetary system. If we continue with a printing press monetary system our money will eventually lose all of its value and become completely worthless. What then?

As you can see, had we stayed with a US value backed dollar all along, it would purchase twice as much today as it did in 1955. You see every time a US value backed dollar exchanges hands it generates one dollars worth of goods and services. If a value backed dollar exchanges hands twelve times a year it will bring into existence twelve dollars worth of goods and services. This is what generates genuine enduring prosperity and jobs.
